I read Rich Dad Poor Dad about 3 Years ago. It really changed the way I looked at things. I have a friend that told me my real retirement income would be in real estate. You see I am an independent contractor. No 401-K's here or a company retirement plan. I must make it happen or not eat. That's the only way I would have it. The corpaorate structure after 25 years was enough. So I began my own business in sales. The real estate has ups and downs but over the long haul it is up. One of the most important chapters in the book is about CORPORATIONS!! If you have the book go back and read it again. You see those loop holes in our tax code are for everyone. My accountant introduced me to them befor Robert did, but Robert and my accountant are absolutrely correct. I have paid less taxes and make more money in the last 7 years than I did making a living pay check to pay check in the corporate structure and paying more taxes. So the bottom line is this READ the book and put those things into practice. By the way I have accumulated over $750,000.00 in real estate with a possitive cash flow. That's what I call Success. Like one reviewer said quit whining and go to work. Please do 3 things find a reputable BUSINESS ACCOUNTANT, build a relationship with a REALTOR, and find a BANKER that will work with you. Make more money. Pay less taxes. Accumulate wealth. Make it happen for you!! |
