Add two more to I'm sure what will be an increasingly long list of hard working people being slick talked out of their money. They got us for over $20,000 and we didn,t even get the two cameras that we had sent for along with another check to cover postage. WOW! After many many hours of trying to build my web site, I realized that it wasn't that I was so dumb, but that the software in their web site builder sucked! I had the luxury of talking to 3 of their experts? at 3 different occasions and got minimal help from one them. Mostly when I called the expert help line I was put on hold or given the message that they weren't taking any calls. they never even changed their message to state the change in time to daylight savings time.
The last straw for us was when after multiple times of trying to work with the site builder we kept getting a message (Fatal Error Crash) I called
their help line on 3/21/07 I got the following message that the site builder was down for maintenance and it would be back up on 3/20/07.
which was the day before. hmmm. I had first got the (Fatal Crash Error) on3/17/07 and kept tryig to use the site builder thru 3/25/07. My "E" mails to my mentor or the help lines to the experts were never answered. I have contacted American Express and have asked them to remove all charges with Clickincome. Hope fully they will do the right thing. I am also going to contact The State of Tennessee Attorney General in referance to Clickincomes transactions within the state. |
