Optionetics does not give enough pertinent information. I compare their scheme to selling you the "Tooth Fairy". They show you an ideal situation and tell you , You can do this also and make a lot of money. They tell you to diversify, but as a beginner you do not have enough money nor information to pick all the winners, since there is no insider trading. They charge too much for the outdated materials they supply. By the time you get it, it is obsolete. These comments are concerning their options strategies. Some of them make no sense at all. They teach mostly about buying and selling Stocks, but they push their options strategies because you could make more money if you hit it at the right time with buying options. This is just like gambling and I do not gamble. they lie a lot when they say buy cheap options. Cheap options are way out of the money, if the stock falls, those options dwindle down to nothing. If you buy a stock and it falls you can hold it till it comes back up
not so with options. Some brokers do not even sell
most of their options strategies. These artists are way in over their heads and drowning. Do not jump in to try to save them. They need to be more honest.
I lost about $2500.00. Only the brokers and floor traders made money from the fees I had to pay. Their education does not give sufficient information.
Its just geared to make you buy it from them.
