I work in the construction field. I had an abrasive personality with co-workers and some clients. My boss gave me an ultimatum; read and study Dale's book or get fired. He even paid me, Due to my Skills.
The book exposed me to behavior that was leading me to a dead end. since then, Ive enjoyed many succesful relationships on a professional and personal level and never looked back.
I highly recommend at a minimum reading Dale's book. |
