Additionally with this book, you also receive Making Money with Free & Clear Properties on the Internet Book, a Quick Start Video and Free & Clear CD to Hottest links.

But, once you purchase the book, the catch is that you start receiving calls from John Beck's office compelling you to buy furthermore programs to improve your real estate business. However, the actual plan is to sign up for the real estate package costing $7,995 which is only highly priced but does not give any good solutions. This is John's way to earn huge money.

John Beck offers a consulting program but no counselor meets you in person. It is only on the telephone that you can get consultation. Hence you will not get to meet either John Beck or any other person. It is not easy to earn money in real estate, it takes lot of effort and dedication to earn millions in real estate.

John Beck has not been able to make good money though he tries to sell his program through distressed properties and sells his books at a low price.
