Actually, I would like to say a couple of things about all of this.
Not in defense of the guy, as to me he seems like a bit of shiester and the way he portrays the whole tax sale system is too much of an "this is so easy" type approach.
I can understand how poeple can feel he cheated them out of money with false promises, but as a tax investor, there is a lot of money out there to be made in tax sales and deeds, etc.
It simply isn't as easy to do as he states is all and people who are looking for an easy way to "get rich" feel misled since they can't just "go buy a $200 property" and do no work.
Yes, you can do it from the ease of your own armchair, yes you can get properties for that price, but IT ALL TAKES WORK!!!
Fact is, there is no "easy, no research" way, no matter how much most people want there to be, in any industry, for that matter.
He, and others like him, use this "hey, its easy" type marketing to get people to buy their course, but honestly, there are quite a lot of ways of making money in tax sales, but not without a lot of research into each property to make sure you don't get left with a whopper of a debt instead of a "free and clear" title.
If anyone is interested, I can easily help them out with a lot of links and guess what, I'll even provide them for free.
Just so we can help people sort the real from the b*llsh*t.
