John Beck fells to mention? or he fails to mention. Oh, and lenders don't loose they lose.
The laws for each state are different. In Louisiana, the original owner of the property has a 3 year redemptive period (time in which to buy the property back) however, the tax sale investor can earn 15% on the taxes paid. |
