I have the Course and I also did my DD Homework.
First you have to understand the difference between a Deed of Trust and a Tax Certifcate State? Which States practice which one?
When it sounds to good to be true it is!
You need to become familiar with Redemption Time Periods and how you will obtain your Deed?
Don't be in a hurry. Do your Homework and don't be had...When in doubt compare County Treasurer info with Title Company and Atty Info and see how you come out? Good Luck! |
