I have not purchased the info from John Beck but I have seen his informercial. He fells to mention in the informercial how the laws requires you to hold the tax property after you purchase it for 1 year and that the original owner can pay the taxes owed and a small percentage back and receive claim back to the property. Also when a property is in distress the lender is the first to know, and who do you think knows better than how to make sure there investment is not lost. The bottom line is that there is little chance that you can buy the property if the property is still financed through a finance company. They are not going to loose a investment without a fight for it. |
