I've been reading your books, listening to your tapes, watching your videos, even attending your lectures and thanks to you and the other lucky and talented millionares, I'm 40 and broke. It was only recently that I stopped chasing my dreams and got a grasp on REALITY.
Only those who are lucky and talented like yourself will make it. I was raised with strong moral values and with the belief that I can be anything that I want. Wrong! I can only rise to the level of my talents. Had I strove for second place and just secured a job in my field, I would have succeeded and been financially comfortable, just like the majority of the population, including my extended family who have written me off as a dreamer. Well I finally woke up from your nightmare.
I just got a second place job, making a success of others, and am now living quite comfortably. A decent payheck for my modest means. The best part is that my family is finally happy to hear that I've finally achieved financial stability. It now appears to me that dreams are much easier to achieve when one is already financially independent, lucky or gifted. I've always been an honest and hard working individual, but many times I've been taken by liars, cheaters, and thieves.
Working smart always seems to beat out working hard. I'm begining to wonder if God is a politician himself. I'm thinking about writing a book to blow all of your PMA theories out of the water and line them up with the fact that Mr. Murphy of Murphy's Law is always willing to go along for the ride. There are two sides to every story, I heard that only recently did you include the word REALITY into your book. What took you 20 years? |
