Beck milked this one for all it was worth and when that well ran dry latched onto the world of tax sale investing. Yeah, you can probabaly buy a house at a tax sale for several hundred dollars but it will likely be out in some remote part of the country where resale is going to be a real challenge. Save your money, and apparent aggravation of having Beck's telemarketers bug you to spend even more, and call up your own county tax assessors office. Find out when the next sale is going to happen and go and learn. It will be much more educational than anything Beck is going to teach you and much easier on your wallet.
