John T Reed is a self declared real estate guru. He is an investor in real estate and has cheated many people through his real estate investment techniques. John has written a few books one them being Real Estate Investments, Success in Life and others.

John does not have complete knowledge about real estate investment. Frankly speaking John T Reed is a failure.

Throughout his career, he has bought only twelve properties. This indicates the level of John’s knowledge in real estate field. However, with this little knowledge he has written few books which contain incomplete information. Certainly by using the information in this book you cannot attain success in real estate investment.

John sometimes seems to copy articles from his newsletter and put it in his books hence his books lack originality. He compares his books with other real estate marketers and claims that his book is of good quality and better than others. He underestimates others work just to make his product seem substantial and attract people.

Nevertheless, John does speak the truth about other authors that they give various techniques and strategies about real estate business in their book which do not actually work. If it is so simple to buy and sell properties and earn money with these techniques, I suppose the authors would have done this instead of writing books. In a way it is better to sell books on real estate rather than investing in real estate. If you want to do well in real estate then hard work is the only way to achieve success and there are no short cuts.

Some of John’s reviews on his website have substance and show promise but still are still idealist. John advices you to post your portfolio on his website. Which is nuts why should you post your information on his website? You shouldn't which is one of the many reasons I do not recommend John T. Reed.
