John lives in the Bay Area as I do and he's RIGHT ON TARGET!
Example he wrote a book on maximizing write off dedutions for rental properties. He suggests taking deductions right down to the nails in your home! Most people deduct the entire property. However rugs curtains and other ideas can be depreciated at a faster pace. This could make a sizeable difference in tax returns.
