Later he sold his book to ForeClosureWorld.net which is consider to be a spammer website. Once you visit or register for this you keep getting spam every day. There is no substantial information in Lou Vukas book. Once you order his book, his back office staff will capture all your references and start calling you and harassing you to join a mentoring program on real estate market for a sum of $8000. Though these things are common in online marketing, its better to avoid buying his book because it contains no substance.

One needs to understand that real estate business is not everybody's cup of tea. The competition is so high in real estate business that one needs to have patience and withstanding power to put the money on hold for long term. It requires a lot of time and hard work to get returns in this field.

Real estate is not good for people who wish to make fast money. In real estate there are instances that people have spent decades trying to make a decent amount of money.

I feel the information that they provide in that program is not even worth $100. Even his e-book Real Estate Uncovered seems to be a compiled version of information available in other books and sites which are accessible for free.

I hardly have any time or money to invest in the high risk of real estate business. I prefer different programs which are easier and risk free.
