I was at the same Learning Annex in spring 2007 in Toronto and Raymond Aaron was not nearly as bad a speaker as the previous poster indicates. He was very motivational and that's what I was there to be, to be motivated. I've since bought several properties and flipped them for profit. Not bad for somebody with not that much money and working with a so-called scam artist. |
