I have attended one of his workshops and his knowledge and advice is just what people wanting to make money in real estate NEED to hear. He doesn't paint a picture of get rich schemes and he notes practical areas in the region you live in where real estate investments make the most sense based on entry prices and the market.
He uses good data!!! |
