Please do not feel like losers! |

I wish there could be some recourse for all of us so called losers. We are honest hard working people who were promised an educational course, we did not recieve. Please do not let these very "evil" entities spoil your lives. My husband and I were completely taken in by these scams for $8,000. I am wondering if there is there any way we all could come up with a class action and maybe recoup our losses? This is a horrible bait and switch and we all should be fed up. Let's try and fight this if there is anyone out there that can help "pro-bono" please let us know. I get the feeling there are thousands of us WINNERS that hooked up with these ILLEGAL LOSERS!!! IF all of us went to our local cities and filed in small claims at once, do you really think "they" would show up for every court appearance or would even have the manpower to do so! Small claims varies from state to state, in VA I believe it only costs $40 to file, and IF we can prove our case and win a judgement to have some of our money returned, then maybe we would have some recourse. At that point I may be able to go back to my credit card company and file a dispute and have the court order to back me up so that the charges could be reversed. It is something!!! My husband and I are thinking it through. All we can do is try. Check it out in your cities and see what you can do. IF any one else has any ideas-Please post it!
