I knew the minute I read this realtors words he was full of you know what. The World would be much better with out realtors and their tunnelvision on getting the highest commission out of poor suckers, by keeping them out of the sales process.
This guy says No Money Deals do not work. He is full of it. I know many people that did real good with No Money Deals by keeping the Realtor out of the deals.
All they know is what their school taught them and what the Realestate industy keeps renewing with them every year.
I have talked to many Realtors and they all think the same way. Theirs is the only way to sell a house or condo. BO Ho. This is a real bucket of Poo.
They are all so stuck on their self all they think is what they say is the law of Realestate.
Any one with the brains to read and study a little can make a very good deal with the help of others not in the realtors office.
Why is Foreclosures so High and homes being lost so fast, its not from regular people doing win win sales to people in trouble or ones that want to sell faster than normal.
Its because these same realtors have got the prices up so high and the rest of the business world has all seen very high commissions, so they can get the bucks by doing bad sales for them self and screwing the people out of thousands of dollars extra commissions for the Brokers and the Realtors.
BO HO Bo HO to all the selfish Realtors out there.
