I bought all the Nothing Down programs and they all worked |

I am 54. I started when I was 28 with 'Nothing Down' by Robert Allen. It bought my first house a week later with nothing down. Seemed so unbelievable that I thought it was illegal. I swear by Carlton Sheets program as well. I have bought and sold more properties than I can count. Buying property with nothing down is harder these days... but these programs still work if you have the time and energy to work them. I have found better ways to buy houses than nothing down.
I am more interested in flipping properties with the laws as they are in recent years. I can still find good houses in less desireable neighborhoods for as little as $1,800 and an average of $8,000-$16,000. cash. It is pretty easy to double your money with just paint and cleaning to these properties.
There is more to it than that, but that is the basic knowledge I had when I bought my first few houses.
If you haven't tried these programs, don't knock them. They can be as complicated or easy as you make them. It is all just a numbers game. I don't sell anything, so if you have any questions, email me at gaspdesign@earthlink.net
Everything I know about buying property is: 1. Make 25 offers per week on 25 different properties, offering nothing down. 2. You will get 3 or 4 counter offers. 3. You will buy one property.
I am usually able to buy half the houses I make an offer on. |
