There are and always will be people looking to get out of there property due to impending foreclosure, probate, loss of their job, etc.
These people may be willing to sell for quite a bit less than the market value, especially in a buyers market. Financing for these undervalued buys is easy to find. With the current high foreclosure rates due to the A.R.M. mortgages coming due and facing the high increase in their payments, numerous people are selling to get a cheaper home or to rent.
However, finding these properties will require some work. Another way is to find these properties and assuming the deal is structured properly, it can be flipped, without any money or costs. |
