There is some Truth to No Money down real estate. |

Yes, it is difficult to purchase real estate with no money down, but the opportunities are there. It really depends on the drive of the buyer. I have never purchased any get quick rick schemes. I would just like to add to the Comments that John Kennedy made.
1. MOST (not all) real estate agents have no idea what they are doing and do not care about you! I purchased a home in L.A. for $330,000 with no money down. It was not easy, my interest payments were higher than other people but I did it. I am about to buy another house Miami with no Money down.
2. Donal Trump does use his own money for his real estate developments. He uses other peoples money and then turns a profit.
3. Real estate agents will have you believe that the only way to purchase a property is there way, and believe me that is not true.
As I stated, I have never purchased any get rich quick programs. So, how did I learn to buy properties with no money down? By researching the internet, the library and reading FREE books. Instead of paying $100.00 or more I got the same information for free. I strongly suggest anyone who is truly interested in this to do your own research. This is not easy it takes a lot of patience and tenacity, but the pay off is there. Good Luck |
