I too learned the old fashioned way; The library. The secret is educating yourself so that you can help a motivated buyer understand the options that will work best for both parties. Often times it's to the sellers benefit tax wise to finance all or part of the property. Educate Yourself! Have an EXIT strategy! Don't try a double closing without an attorney until you have done a few! Don't risk your house,retirement or your kids education! Persistence and patience win this game. |
