DONT FALL FOR ROBERT ALLENS SCAM |

I attended a free workshop and this very smooth talking, captivating speaker Noel Wells intrigued me through promises of riches in real estate. He constantly talked about his mother having a disease and getting her house taken away when he was just a boy. He then related to the audience stating that 6 years ago he was working a desk job just to make ends meet. Now apparently he is so succesful and has the financial freedom to never attend a 9 to 5 ever again.
This sort of empathetic approach lured me and others into the notion that anyone can make millions in real estate following robert allens strategies. (I refuse to give him capitals dignifying him as a person) I should have seen the signs at the time but now I've had time to cultivate my thoughts it all makes sense. THIS IS A SCAM!!!!
His organization preys on voulnerable individuals who can relate to his desperate past financial burden and have the American dream of financial success. He encouraged us to use credit cards to pay for his 3500 dollar 3 day classes stating that all the millionaires he makes started out this way. (no money down) The 3500 is after the 1000 dollar discount and in addition you apparently get all these great dvds, legal documents to open/seal deals and powerpoint slides.
Noel implied we hold questions till the end and didn't even end his pitch until he had all his "serious" motivated soon to be millionaires stand up walk to the back and sign up. He then toke questions individually knowing that any concerns could discourage ppl from paying 3500. The reassurance of having a full refund up until the end of the first class and the one time discount offered lured me in.
I figured I'd sign up at the great one time discount and go home to research, any concerns and i'd just ask for my refund. When I arrived home the question arose.
Does this mean if I wanted to go home and research other peoples reviews on his program before making a big financial desicion that I wasn't one of his "serious" students? Does this mean if I waited to do my hmwrk and wanted to sign up the next day I'd have to pay 1000 dollars more, would not get any of the instructional dvd's, any of the legal documents to open/seal deals and none of the power point slides? Meaning i'd have to memorize all the teaching and pay 1000 dollars more?
This set off alram bells in my head so I told my father. He looked up reviews and found countless cnn and other credible reports that Robert G Allen doesnt even sell real estate, he's just a face put on seminars. In fact he use to endorse vitamins, pay reporters to write good reviews and his strategies can be picked up in library books for free.
People claim he doesnt give refund either and I got so nervous thinking i just got scamed out of the 3500 dollars i dont even have. I called to get my refund and the polite lady transferd me to some jerk who wouldnt take no for an answer. Kept telling me that r.a. is a Canadian, his strategiees have been proven and that he himself(the telephone operater) has personally met so many millionaires that r.a. has produced. After fighting with the man he said I would have my refund in 15 days on my credit card. I am so sceptical and only time will tell if I will recieve it or not.
the meaterials/support you will ever need to big real estate deals. |
