Review Title	The Seminar has all the emotion of a Pep Rally
Review	The $3,000.00 seminar is a bait to hook you into buying the $12,000.00 software package that they pitch to you on Day 2. When that happened, my alarm bells were ringing, and I asked for something more - a demonstration of how this "no-money" system works. Instead, all they were willing to give me was a talk with a mentor on a phone, as though that would be enough for a beginner in Real Estate. This is a scam, meant to pack people into a lecture hall.
