I purchased a $3000 training course about 1 1/2 years ago. Found materials to be very informing and thought provoking. I did one "deal" with a condo. Helped someone get out from under it and someone else get in to it and made about 12000. It was a lot of work, especially during two one-week periods while making the offer and closing.
What impressed me was that after I signed up I found they offered more than what I was told--invitations to other seminars etc. Support line was very helpful.
I got very busy with my work since then and haven't pursued it, but am still interested. If you are willing to put in the work (they suggest 7-10 hours per week), and have an interest in it (not just the money) I recommend the Robert Allen training . |
