Please help me. I was scammed in January on the Internet for $3,000 (my first experience on the Internet) and Prosperlearning called me and knew I was desperate and took full advantage of that fact. Before I turned around I had signed up for $10,000 debt ($7200 they financed and $2800.00 of my credit card).
I have tried to cancel the business. When I first signed up I thought I had time to devote to this business. My mother has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's, my husband is unemployed and diagnosed with Alzheimer's plus many other medical problems, and I am on disability.
I had absolutely no idea how fast Alzheimer's progressed and the time involved in being a caretaker. I have to take care of my mother. That is life.
I have contacted Prosperlearning two times and cannot get past one person and I will leave her name out for now. I have never spoken with my coach even though I sent a 3 page certified letter to him explaining my situation.
I am so small of a person that my investment does not mean anything to them, but to me it is my credit history. I cannot do it. I am close to bankruptcy because of these people. I have struggled all my life and paid my debts - some good some bad, but this one is horrible.
Can you please help me to find out how to get out from under this debt? I have researched and researched. I do not know where else to turn. I just wrote you under "Contact Me" and for some reason my email is blocked from going through to you. Are these people that powerful that I cannot even write you the Guru Buster? |
