My experience has not been satisfactory.
I responded to a Robert Allen Advertisement in the washington D.C area. Each step of the way, despites pretext of helping one to achieve financial success, I came to the conclusion that this was designed more to sell something than really to help. Each opportunity was taken to apply some psychological pressure to purchase something. God alone knows how many thousands are spending and spending hoping for some breakthrough with very little in return.
The first seminar was a platform to sell a weekend real esate course progaram for $3,995.00 plus $1,495.00 for spouse. We were led to believe that we would learn the skills necessary to become successful real estate investors.
That weekend seminar was another platform to sell another piece of software for $6,000.00 dollars which was marketed as a valuable tools in doing the real estate deals.
In about another two months another plot was deviced. At this time we were called and emailed to be interviewed for a special project. Again as you might guess by now, it was another high pressure sales technique to pay for another program. This time it was a mentoring program this program was $4,765.00 per person.
Personaly I am not denying that some persons might have benefited from the Robert Allen course, but I will like for people to beware of the scams that are involved.
I hope that this message can help others to be cautious because one can easilly be milked out of thousands of dollars.
I am sharing this so that some one can be saved the trauma of losing thousands of dollars easily.
I will appreciate if many more people can give some honest feedback so that some of these scams can be exposed for what they really are. |
