HARD WORK AND HUGE PROFITS |

I took the Robert Allen Institute training after attending a free presentation by a multimillionaire investor in the name of Cherif Medawar.
I enjoyed the three days training (although there are parts I can do without) the most importnat thing is they gave me access to where to find the deals on their private website.
I literally sit home and click on the data to analyze on line all the comparable sales, then I call the sellers by phone to qualify them.
My first deal however came from a neighbor of mine and I wouldn't have had the courage nor the know how to put the deal together if it was not from the training I received.
I've used all the material given to me in the class and have already done my second deals. What is scary is how many deals can be done out there.
I am 57 and sadly have procrastinated for years to take any formal training in real estate.
I am not sure if a training with other companies would've worked the same way for me, but I am happy I was at the right place at the right time when Cherif Medawar, the presenter/investor explained how he made millions in real estate and showed evidence of his transactions, some netting him in the upwards of $250,000 plus in a few weeks. I am a skeptic and too old to take any risks, but I saw with my own eyes the final settlement statements and his bank account statements.
I work hard in anything I do. I decided to do this and work smart and hard. I will tell you that nothing pays as well as a real estate deal done the right way.
Ok, so what can I say that was a draw back about the training, well they had a lot of optional things to sell. Such as software, special mentorship etc. But again, it was optional and we all felt that the class was sufficient as they gave us a free 800# to call in for questions and a lot of so much additional live training locally for a year for free.
A final note I would like to post here: I've noticed that people who talk badly about these seminars are either selling us other books and tapes or they have actually never attended any training and are just frustrated about their financial condition.
If my feedback helps at least just one person then I am happy I have taken the time to write it.
