FULL TIME Real Estate Investor's review and opinion |

I was a full time real estate investor for four years BEFORE attending any of Ron LeGrand's seminar. Before becoming a full time real estate investor I was a FULL TIME mortgage broker for 3.5 years with my own business. I have done several million dollars of real estate transactions during the course of those years. I am in no way associated with Ron LeGrand or his organization. Having attended two seminars offered by Ron LeGrand I can say with no hesitation that he is as genuine a person as you will ever find in any field of investment. As I write this in my home office I can look to my left and see five (5) files, each one with a real estate deal that offers the potential profit to pay for all the seminars that I have taken. His courses are not cheap, but they deliver. Period. Compared to a college education they are very inexpensive and offer significantly more income potential. Will everyone who takes his seminars become successful? I doubt it. Some of the reviews here tell of persons who failed after attending his seminars. Real estate may not be for those persons. There's lots more that I could say but I hope that the above suffices. |
