Ron is definately the best salesman I've ever encountered hands down. He's also a good liar and material fact omitter! His systems of successfully buying houses little to no $$$ down and getting out of them profitably are largely ancient and don't apply in today's world of declining house values and liquidity for both lenders and "time on the market". His techniques for getting paid on the HUD out of closing on a house you contol but don't own are illegal as well and constitute mortgage fraud. Like any good slickster Ron play's on the fringe and doesn't go into detail on how you have to perhaps bend or break the law to successfully pull off one of these long shot hat tricks and dupe the buyers lender. I bought into this crap and am down 10's of thousands of dollars before I said no more and wisened up. Imagine paying someone $6,000 for a seminar, getting about 10% mediocre information ("That can be had in any library") , 30% outright garbage and the balance getting pitched hard for other expensive bootcamps, seminars and materials. Something doesn't seem right about that, fair or legal. I'm considering a lawsuit and FTC complaint at this time to recover monies spent, including travel, hotels and accomodations. These techniques are largely not doable and some are questionable at best from a legal standpoint. What a mistake! What a windbag. And that other little weasle Cameron Dunlap get's lumped in the same category. Folk's these guy's are information peddlers, (The info is largely general and not that specific or good) be it their own or someone elses, they promote seminars and materials to pry on your dreams. I 'd be willing to venture a good guess that not even 1% of his students have made any real money using his average, outdated techniques of "taking a deed subject to" (Gambling the lender won't call it due on sale") Oh yea he'll throw out Marco Kozlowski's name, who got lucky, once and is now qualified to sell you a 5K bootcamp (I wouldn't go near it). Selling on lease option, or straight option on a house. Go to the library, read a book or purchase a 20.00 book on the internet on any of the aforementioned techniques. There is nothing secret, proprietary or unique about any of Ron's real estate techniques. He has no unique magic bullet or dope on buying and flipping houses. It's the same canned methods any of these so called guru's teach and some have been prosecuted before for this kind of peddling. It's the "wild west" with Ron on his soap box peddling you his brand of elixer to freedom, wealth and champagne dreams and wishes, instead of the wonder medicines. Buyer beware. Save your money and move on! |
