I ordered a $50 How to make $ in Real Estate program off an infomercial of Ron's. It basically told me I COULD make $ if I buy his full course ($1600) or go to his Boot Camp ($3500). I figured that I would let the home course collect dust, so I opted to take the risk go to the Camp. With flight, hotel + food I was in it to about $4500. I figured this guy must know what he's talking about to be able to draw 100 people at $3500 each so I went into with the mindset that I was a real estate dummy! I listened and absorbed every word and MOST IMPORTANTLY I didn't try to re-invent the wheel. I went home and sent my attorney all the paperwork and contracts to check over and make sure they were good and he told me he wouldn't charge me if I would let him have copies for himself! He thought they were great! I then proceeded to put in the TIME + EFFORT (important step) and followed his program to the letter. Within 6 weeks I had purchased my first rehab with none of my own money + no credit check. After 8 weeks of contractors doing all the work I sold that property for a profit of $25,000. After paying my private investor, I walked away with a check from my attorney for $18,410.86!
WOW! $4500 invested - 31/2 months later over 18k returned!! Since then I have bought and sold more than 40 properties and always walked away with a profit. Don't try to re-invent the wheel. Just follow his program and it will work |
