this guy may be on to something valuable but with the high cost of his materials youll eventually exhaust much of youre investment monies in his books and seminars.and if the stuffs old or stale and reminder of the hoaxes out there then simply dont order anything more and demand a full refund from him.youll save alot of time and aggravation in so doing.theres a profit to be made in real estate but these guys dont always tell you that it requires either a business degree or real estate license.and maybe you can gun it but how far can you expect to get when these people dont usually stick by you or want and demand more money when you havent made any for yourself yet.i say lower the prices on the books and cds and give out the newsletter completely free of charge to anyone attending his seminars.and lower the prices dramatically on those too.how wealthy does one have to be.esp. like in the manner he practices.and the seminars should be jam packed full of useful and effective techiques.not a sales pitch to lure you to another seminar and hence rip you off even more.if any one ever gets rich by way of this man or any of them, ill bet you went through your complete life savings and college tuition for your son or daughter in the process.you are the lucky few.and you are the minority as many more didnt arrive there.you want to have fun and make money by working harder and smarter.you dont need to reinvent the wheel.life should be far less complicated and sometimes easiest is best.bottom line is save the money and dont hand it over to him |
