It worked every time. |

We took the priciples and applied them and we bought millions in real estate with none of our money or credit. It worked because we worked. I'm amazed of the unrealistic standards people hold Guru to disprove them. They find one flaw and cry "SCAM". If you believe you're guaranteed income because you spent money on some training then there are much larger "scams" out there. Did you know that according to the National Association of Realtors that 94% of the people that pass the test and get a license to sell real estate, NEVER make a dime as a Realtor. The money made on classes and training for the testing is HUGE. Is that a Scam? Did you know that 75% of the college Freshman in the US never get a degee? They paid all that tuition and now should get a refund? SCAM! The true scammers are the people that start someting and give up and waste their money. The only reason anyone never makes money with REI training is they QUIT. So my advice to anyone considering earning millions of $ in REI. Don't start if you're going to quit. You're giving the industry a bad rep. |
