We have been students of Ron LeGrand's for the past 10 years (or something like that). Ron has helped us in our real estate purchasing, FOR SURE. Not every technique has worked nor have we tried every technique. But the ones we have tried have been great. BEYOND helping us with real estate, I cannot tell you how much we have learned from him (I just purchased a $1200 outdoor rug for $500 thanks to Ron LeGrand and what we learned in his courses). If you are serious and smart and know what you are comfortable doing AND work with attorneys as he constantly suggests, you will do well working with Ron't technics. |
