Having read this book I did find several stratigies I had not considered. One was his ROLLING STOCK concept. Though I do not use the whole program as he outlined, I do use his concept to buy and sell stock and at a nice profit on each turn. I also believe that Mr. Cook has probably made more money seling his seminars than he ever made in the stock market, though he undoubtedly did make money there.
The concept of ROLLING STOCK may not be new to the astute trader but was new to me. Day traders have used this concept I am sure for some time. Buy low and sell high. Makes goood sense to me. So far I have a return of 22 percent on investment. I do not expect to much better than that with this strrategy. But I knoiw of no place else where that can be duplicated over and over again except in real estate.
One important thing I have learned is it is ok to read what others write about but only use those things that make real sense to me. I have bought and sold real estate in the past and had very good results after reading some of Wade Cooks ideas. He is not entirely mistaken in what he teaches at his seminars. Though I do believe his seminars are over priced. But that may be due to how he runs his programs. |
