I'm hearing people going against or for the software in theory. When I saw this comment board I was hoping I would hear an honest citizen proclaim, "I own Wizetrade, and IT has helped me accumulate my riches". Any one with a story like those they show us at the sales presentation?
I bought the software and I regret having done so. Not because I believe it doesn't do what they claim (Although their claims are very misleading anyways) . But because their support sucks. After I installed the software, some screen just after I start the program was causing it to consistently crash! I contacted their support and they told be to format my hard-drive because they believe I have spyware on my laptop which was causing the software to crash. I asked them to be specific with and tell the name of the spyware they claim I have on my laptop so I could investigate and have it removed. They could NOT get specific with me, they were just adamant that I should format my hard-drive. Man! To them whatever else I had on my laptop didn't matter, what mattered was Wizetrade. After several more attempts to get them to help me failed, I attempted to get my money back from them. And that also didn't workout even though I was not over the two weeks required to get a refund. They gave me all sorts of lousy excuses...Until of course I ran out of steam and forgot about the software.
So to me, WIZETRADE SCAMMED me. Not because their software doesn't work in the stock exchange. But because they sold me software and could NOT provide me the support they promised.
Good for them...I wish them prosperity. Unfortunately, they'll one day reap what they sow. That's just the way of nature...
