How True! But there is a twist to my experience. |

I once entered a recipie contest, and another time, a poetry contest. They were two separate companies, but they worked the same. They give you instruction on what they want, a due date, and all have an Entry Fee. Then, in about 2 weeks you get a notice that you are accepted to be published in the book, but you must purchase at least one book at an outrageous price, just to ensure being in the book at all! I am betting money that there is a pre-set book already prepared and all they do is add your offering to ONLY YOUR COPY! Beware! |
