Private Gifting Activities Do Work done right. |

The only gifting activities that are legal are private gifting activites that do NOT charge a webhosting fee. Most gifting programs charge a webhosting fee of $120 or more to lease a software program to track your activity. Charging a website fee is a taxable event for the webmaster and makes the activity a business. A private gifting activity kept out of the public domain (website) is legal and gifts are non-taxable (under $12,000 per calender year per person). You CAN NOT HAVE A PUBLIC PRESENCE ie website, billboard, infomerccial..etc. In addition a non solicitation agreement and a gifting agreement should be sent with the gift. A gift does not need to be cash, any thing of value ie car, boat, tv, condo,...A activity has to be conducted PRIVATELY ...between the inviter and gifter...through personal invitation. A great format is a one-up qualifier with one level. A Private conference room set up by the group allows for sharing of ideas and keeping new members involved. |
