Kevin Trudeau ReviewKevin Trudeau produced infomercials under the Mega Systems International, Inc. banner. His name is well-known in numerous infomercials on television. He has sponsored many worthless products such as Hair Farming, Mega Memory System, Eden's Secret, An Addiction Breaking System, The Mega Reading System, Action Reading System, etc.., and has had no regard for false advertising laws. Kevin knew that people would not watch infomercials on television, so he created the commercials in such a way that it looked like pure news (another television program), and not a paid advertisement. The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) protested against this strategy. He also presented the guests as if they were experts instead of advertisers. Kevin Trudeau has always been known for his false advertising, willful misleading of the public and his customers, and deception and false promises. Every infomercial comes with a disclaimer notice at the beginning. Since 1998, Kevin Trudeau has experienced a lot of trouble. In spite of fines and humiliation, he seemed to be coming up with some type of new scheme (aka product). Taking Kevin out of business completely was not an easy task, but the FTC had made up its mind to do so. Presently, Kevin is banned from making any false scientific claims about his products. Kevin had once advertised that cancer and similar diseases can be cured with his coral calcium, which of course, proved to be wrong. Hence, the FTC has ordered him to pay $500,000 in consumer restorations. He is no longer allowed to make any claims, and his company will have to give enough clarification and appropriate proof to advertise any product in the future. In the same way, he claimed that severe pain can be cured by Biotape, which again proved to be false. Kevin again had to pay $500,000 cash, and the ownership of both luxury vehicles and his property in California had to be transferred. At the moment, Kevin is supposed to pay $2 million for the judgment against him, and if his property declaration proves out to be false then he could end up paying a fine up to $20 million. I would suggest you avoid Kevin Trudeau. Best Wishes,
