WARNING!!!! FOR A BOOK COSTING $30 AUS IT HAS COST ME OVER $120 ON MY CREDIT CARD AND STILL NO SIGN OF THE BOOK........
this is the first time i have ever given out my credit card details to anyone and have had a terrible experience. he advertised on pay tv in australia. due to my daughters illnesses his book sounded quite interesting. i rang to order and was put on to a call centre in the US. I enquired as to whether they would be charging me the $30 australian as advertised and she assured me that they were advised of this. after giving over my details she said that when i recieve the book i would be given for free the last 6 months issues of his newsletter. she gave me a phone number and told me to ring straight away if i did not wish to purchase the next 6 months issues of the newsletter. after hanging up i thought this over and started to feel uncomfertable and was annoyed that they would post me and charge me for a newsletter i did not want and would have to contact them to cancel. the ph number she gave me, i was unable to get any response.later i contacted the overseas operator to find correct phone number which i was supplied. on ringing and asking for help with my order to cancel only to be told this is a pizza shop. i tried again but same person...pizza shop.
on the tv ad they said the book will be released in australia in approx 6 months. SO I ADVISE ANYBODY DO NOT PURCHASE ANY OF HIS PRODUCTS, WAIT TO PAY CASH IN THE SHOPS. |
