To be honest, I haven't yet tried to actually get a grant or a loan. I paid for this course about 10 years ago and split the cost with a friend. I'm entitled to attend all of them again at no charge, and I have done so twice more.
The information is fairly complete and even daunting as it's so much stuff.
What bothered me the most was the fast-talkin', big-gesturing, hand-waving guy teaching the class that actually was encouraging people to sell their cars so they could attend or even join up on their very important real estate classes. To me, this borders on illegal--clearly there were many low-income people who couldn't afford to lose their cars over pipedreams.
It was extremely unsettling.
