I went to a Seminar today In Knoxville TN, on how to get grants and free loan money. The first thing I noticed was a big sign on the entrance of the conference door saying “NO RECORDING OR VIDEO TAPING OF CONFERENCE“.
This was my first clue that something is not on the up and up. You only post signs like this if you have something to hide. The room was filled with desperate looking people. You know the type of people who buys lottery tickets believing they will win millions and their troubles will disappear.
The sales pitch was very hokey and had no resources to back up their far out claims. You have to ask yourself how many times have you seen these scams on your local news or Dateline being busted on a hidden camera. Why, because they make big claims and have no intent to be there for you after you hand them your hard earn money.
Please remember if it is to good to be true, then chances are its not. |
