Second Bid Win on Ebay |

Twice I received what appeared to be an email from Ebay stating the successful bidder for a large item ($1000 or more) did not complete the purchase and they were offering it to me as I was the runner up bidder. I was to mail a money order (not PayPal) to a London address. Both times, although they appeared to come from Ebay, were, according to Ebay fraud department, from Nigeria.
Several others have related a similar experience to me. |
