Horrible Customer Support System Bugs everywhere |

Don't use 1shoppingcart when you have other option to go. For a last couple months, we found errors in their sales report. Their numbers don't match within their system. When I asked about it to their customer support, they told that they would investigate and let us know, but they have never gave us a straight answer although I inquired more then a few times. One time, I was told that the agent dealing the issue was on vacation and I needed to wait for him to come back. And now, they started charging $35/month in order for us to speak a customer support that never answers your questions! It's a lame system and lame service. |
