Overall this is a decent system if you do not need a ton of features or functionality, but if this is true you should just go with a free solution. I have been asking them for years to imput a very simple feature with their "suggest-a-feature" function which would help every customer, but they just keep shrugging it off. When I tried to call support to ask about this they told me there is a new fee of $27 for every support call. That, my friends, is absurd! |
