34 per Support CALL sucks!!! |

First they make a system that does not work right, then they charge me $34 to have them tell me it does not work right. They tell me "they know about the problem" but then still charge me for the support call. I should not get charged for a support call because they have a bug. I should be able to charge them a fee fro wasting my day trying to solve a simple problem they created. Go ahead and use my full name in this review because I told them I would post this story everywhere unless they refunded my money they charged for the call. |
