I now have 3 websites with them (any additionals after the first one are discounted), and they've worked with me every step of the way to tweak and customize my page layouts. The owner helped me tremendously with some professional SEO advice a couple of years ago, which lead to the opening of my second webstore, now by far my most popular one.

The uptime is superior, help is (almost) always available, and they've always been professional and helpful. When the industry changes, they rise to meet the challenge. They always seem to be ahead of the curve, and appropriately concerned about security.

It's reassuring to know that they've been around since 2002 (6 years longer than Premium Web Cart), as that's given them time to work out the kinks.

I give them 4 stars instead of 5 for a multitude of little things, more irritations than anything else. The dashboard should be easier to use. It's cost me cash to have changes made over the years that I should have been able to make myself, had their designs been easier to customize, and they don't allow enough bandwidth in their Basic package. There also needs to be some plan halfway between Starter and Basic.

But overall, if you're nervous about moving your website to a new cart, you'll be in good hands with 3D Cart.
