Review Title extremely poor customer service
Review I am currently using 3dCart and trust me I am working right now to file complains to all licensing companies that 3dCart is signed up with. I have already filed a complain to Consumer Services and working on finding the best customer oriented webhost and shopping cart. In the first year with 3dCart they were awesome, but they have grown so big and no longer have any customer savey attitude including the owner and his partner. In the last 4 years every time we contract them for a job, they did half ass jobs and do not take any accountability for their actions. They will take your money and do not test if the job they did works. There were substantial errors on the website when they migrated our website in December 2009 Samantha Harris did not double check the functionality of the website. All the promotion manager in place no longer worked - we lost sale for roughly 2 weeks because she did not test the website. Last week I requested a quote for alpha listing on products and quoted me $80.00. I responded back and gave authorization for the job in one condition NOT TO CHARGE OUR ACCT UNTIL MONDAY May 10, 2010 (in the past I never prepay until the work is completed) she did not follow my request and went ahead and charged our account on Wednesday May 5th(which I did not know right away). When she emailed me back that the work is scheduled to be done on May 19th, I responded back and requested being billed on May 19th and told me she already charged our account. Right away I emailed her back cc copy the owner and requested her to cancel the order and return the money. This woman has problems understanding a simple request, I have to threaten to sue their ass, file a complain about their illegal tactics before they adhered to my request, causing stress beyond words.
