Talk to users or search the web for horrow stories. Their salesmen make promises that you don't find are false until after the sale, there are outages where you can't get to any of your data, there are times where the application runs so slowly it is useless, they have lost customer data, have refused to release customer data, have a terrible API, substandard shopping cart and their affiliate module has so many issues and so few features that Infusionsoft doesn't even use it theirself. , If you have tried to reach their phone support you will find that it can take up to a week or more to get a call returned. Do you really want to trust your data to a company like this? Look at the people who rave about the software. They sell and support the product for big $$. Save the stress and save your money. Look at SugarCRM, Nanacast, OfficeAutoPilot, ACT, UltraCart, or anything else but this over promise, underdeliver bag of bugs. Could your business survive if they lost all of your data, turned off your account, had an extended outage or went out of business. |
