let me tell you this. i am definitely not a geek of any sort and this is the 1st time i was able to get online. last time i tried x-cart and i needed to speak russian or ukrainian or some crazy language because their support guy certainly did not understand english. having a real american speaking real english was a major advantage for me to finally get going. |
